If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days from date of receipt, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Here is how it works:
Simply notify us by email of your intention to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item.
We will email you with a Return Authorization Number or RMA and complete return instructions.
You will need to package the item in the original manufacturer's packaging with all parts and manuals in new condition. Make sure you save all of your boxes and packaging until you are completely sure you are satisfied.
Failure to follow any of the return instructions could result in the refusal of the return or a restocking fee. Any missing parts can reduce the amount of your refund.
You are responsible for all shipping charges for the return, and no shipping charges will be refunded unless the reason for the return is our mistake.
Once we have received the item and determined everything is complete, we will issue a prompt refund.
Cartography Return Policy
We can only accept returns on Cartography if the package has not been opened. Defective cartography will be handled under the manufacturers warranty. It is the buyers responsibility to purchase the correct cartography for their needs. We cannot accept returns because the buyer purchased cartography that is not compatible with their GPS unless the cartography has not been opened. Please email us for any assistance you might need in selecting the cartography that is right for you.
